Skye Roxburgh is a clinical nutritionist, university lecturer and health writer with a clinical focus on fertility and reproductive health, metabolic health, obesity and weight management, disordered eating, and women’s health. Drawing on experience across clinical practice, tertiary education, curriculum development and health writing, she is committed to translating nutritional science into practical, evidence-based care that helps people better understand their health and make informed decisions with confidence.

Her approach has been shaped by experience in both clinical practice and tertiary education. Working directly with clients reinforced the importance of understanding the individual, while years of lecturing strengthened her commitment to scientific evidence, critical thinking and clear communication. Together, these experiences have shaped an approach that combines sound research with practical, personalised care.

Alongside her clinical work, Skye has lectured in nutrition at university level, supervised and taught nutrition students during their clinical placements, and contributed to the development of undergraduate and postgraduate nutrition programs through curriculum development, subject design and educational content creation. She has also written extensively on nutrition and health, translating complex research into practical, evidence-based information for both health professionals and the wider community.
